unlocked for me but the pop-up never showed up, for those wondering.

Also didn’t unlock for me - luckily I noticed and had a save file near the end of the mission (just before the Altas and the lift) replaying that caused it to unlock

are you sure you hit the blue or red highlight options? if you hit a reg option, it won't work. Maybe otherwise do a force restart on your console and reload an earlier save and try again

I hit the blue option. I know I watched a video on YT that did the exact same thing as I did but they got the achievement. I think it's just Mass Effect LE edition bugging out with achievements as others have not unlocked for them :S
