Is this achievement currently bugged? I just completed Priority: Rannoch and it still appears to be locked.

Latest software + hotfix on Xbox Series console. I believe that's the June 28 2021 hotfix at time of writing
Achievement didn't pop for me after I completed the mission (using the reputation check for my story decision). The "Master and Commander" achievement also didn't pop.
Checked my Xbox profile and the achievements are unlocked and after scanning my TA account again they are appearing. Weirdly, they appear as locked on the Xbox Guide achievement section, though they are unlocked on my profile...

so.. partially bugged for me?
