*SPOILER ALERT*
The achievement is fairly self-explanatory - It is achieved by completing the game. This is just the main story - Side mission aren't relevant. As long as you've Located Liara in the Artemis Tau Cluster, completed Feros, Noveria, Virmire and Ilos, you will find yourself on the Citadel during a Reaper / Geth invasion where you will finally be able to face Saren to the end. Once you defeat him, you've completed the game.

This is game is the epitome of an overrated media. I couldnt' even pass an two hours mark.

Beat ME1 and didn't get the "Medal of Honor" Achievement. It turns out that at some point, my Xbox Live connection crapped out, and the game/console never bothered to notify me of this.
Will I have to beat it all over again once my connection's back in order to get the Achievement?
