How to unlock the Sky High achievement in Mass Effect Legendary Edition - Definitive Guide
Unlike every other "powers" achievements in this collection, this one did not count when using squadmate abilities.
"I can confirm that your squadmates do add to this achievement. I'm playing as a soldier and ordering Liara to use Singularity which is making the in-game counter go up." - Tozi Tiberius (in the comments)
^ This was not the case for me, but worth a try if the counter goes up for you!

The usable powers (as far as I can tell) are Singularity, Pull, Throw, Lift Grenade, Concussive Shot, Biotic Charge, Lash, and Flare.
Don't worry if your character does not have any abilities to do this. You unlock two by completing one of the DLCs that are required for another achievement.
These powers are Flare & Lash and you aqcuire it by completing the Omega DLC.
This DLC is the one
Upon completing it, you can head down to the medbay in the Normandy and select a "bonus power" to put on your character. By using Flash, basically every kill I got with it was moving the tracker up. As it is an extremely large move, it can kill whole groups of enemies on the low difficulties. Got me through it real quick.
(From what I read on the original Mass Effect 3 guide which I used to get the main list of abilities, Flare and Lash can be really inconsistent. I will personally say that Flare was not for me at least)

Has anyone got this achievement while playing as engineer? Squadmate's powers doesn't seem to work. I tried Singularity, pull, slam (both Javik's and mine as bonus power), lift grenade and even concussive shot and Im still sitting at 0/100...

A quick way to grind this with an Adept Shepard:
In the game's first minutes you're given the tutorial to shoot, ignore the instructions and use Pull and Throw at them until it times out.
Soon after you'll have a very long fight after you trigger the radio in a downed gunship. The battle is scripted so the enemies just keep on coming, until you run out of ammo or time it out and get saved in the last minute. Don't shoot at the enemies, just Pull and Throw them. You'll progress both, this and Combined Arms at the same time.

Worked perfectly. Took twenty minutes. 👍
One bit of advice for anyone else: Make sure to upgrade your powers and save at the first available opportunity, preferably right before the first enemy encounter. Reload as needed. Also, hot-bind the powers to make for easier use.

If you have Concussive Shot available, this is super easy & can be done in the very first spot you encounter enemies. I play a Soldier & imported a max character from ME2. I have Concussive Shot maxed, with Radius @ rank 4, Recharge Speed @ rank 5, & Amplification @ rank 6. I use Incendiary Ammo and have it to rank 5 (didn't have enough points to hit rank 6, if you do - take the Explosive Burst option) with Damage for rank 4 & Heashots for rank 5.
As you're making your way with Anderson, you'll encounter some husks climbing the building your heading towards to give you some target practice (make a save before you move from the big rooftop where the game introduces you to how to take cover, right around where Anderson has a conversation with one of your former squadmates). Instead of wasting ammo on them, use the Concussive Shot with your Incendiary Ammo activated. Even on Insanity, I was one-shotting them & getting credit for "Sky High". My cooldown was also fast enough that I didn't miss any of the husks. Make sure to hit them while they're still crawling up the side of the building.
Once they stop spawning, reload your save & repeat. I was getting 10-11 per run. As a bonus, with Incendiary Ammo activated, you will also pop "Pyromaniac".

Quick way I used was similar to Pyro Achievement :
Start new game (import ME2 data so you start at lvl 30)
Make an Adept
Upgrade Pull to lvl 6 getting Radius @ lvl 4, Lift Damage @ lvl 5 and Double Pull @ lvl 6
Proceed to the are where you climb a ladder and then take cover
Make Sure Lift is Mapped to a trigger and Squadmae Power Use is OFF and then Save your game
Proceed over the cover to the Husk spawn and just keep blasting wiht Pull
Load, Rinse and Repeat, took me 10 minutes or so

It seems that the game doesn't always count the usages from your squadmates. What you can do the get it easily is start a new game with the Adept Class and the Pull ability, and farm it in the initial level of the game. You can make a save before the section that you are waiting for the normandy with Anderson, use pull in the enemies and when they are all killed you can reload the save.
You should be able to get this achievement no matter what class you choose. Supposedly, squad powers should count, but most people report they do not seem to move the tracker. I personally got it as a Soldier with Concussive Shot. Any power that lifts someone off their feet should apply, except Slam for some reason. The full list that appears to work is: Throw, Pull, Biotic Charge, Concussive Shot, Flare, Lash, and Singularity.
