Easiest. Chapter V cp 14. You're on the boat, shoot a few targets then you get a short cutscene when a guy throws a grenade at you. Time slows down and you have to shoot the thing down with a machinegun. You're ment to blow it up to proceed. As soon as it detonates, reload checkpoint 9 more times. Difficulty any, easy even with a free lock.

You can simply do this by changing you targeting to "Hard Lock", so when enemies throw a grenade just lock on it shoot it before it hits the ground. I got this achievement near the end of Chapter 14.

Another good spot to get this achievement is at the end of chapter 10 (I guess) after the bus ride, when you're in the bus and the girl is up the roof with passos. The thugs that rush the bus will throw a grenade once in a while and the game will automatically go into bullet time so you can pop it. Just repeat that 10 times.
