Single Player Achievement
Simply headshot enemies while in Bullet time mode or Bullet Dodge mode to simplify the process. This can be easily obtained throughout your first playthrough of the game, but if you somehow do not get the Achievement, I would suggest doing Chapter 5 on the last checkpoint while you are on the boat, because atleast 50 enemies shoot at you throughout the duration of the boat sequence, and you have the m60 machine gun which kills them with 1 shot to the head.

In addition to what explained by A 2rue boofer above, I've unlocked this achievement while playing multiplayer. If u care working for all the online cheevos and you are trying to reach lvl 50, this one is really straight-forward (depends on your skill, but for an avarage player like me, i've reached 300 headshot around lvl 22)

One thing to add, it has to be 300 in either single player or multiplayer. It doesn't seem to combine the two - I have 200 in each but not the achievement.

This is an accumulative achievement, it will be unlocked on your way toward All Of The Above. It can also be obtained through online multiplayer.
