To shootdodge press the right bumper and aim the left analog stick in the direction you want to dive.

If you don't get this while going through the game, you can do this:
Load Up Chapter 8 (VIII)
Checkpoint: 5
Difficulty: Easy
Targeting: Hard Lock

Now just run down the hill and shootdodge the five enemies in front of you, aiming for their heads. When they're dead you can just reload the checkpoint and do it again. Starting from zero it would take you less than five minutes to get 100 shootdodge kills for the achievement. You could also do the shootdodge single player grind here if you wanted.

This achievement is quite easy. you should get this midway through the game. simply press RB and you will dive in whatever direction you are pressing on the left stick. its very useful for diving from behind cover. try to go for headshots too

you can check your progress by going selecting Story at the main menu then slecting grinds. use this to check your progress for "one bullet at a time" Past the point of no return" "you might hurt someone with that" "you play, you pay, you bastard" and "all of the above" achievements

Load the chapter 5, checkpoint 6 and repeat the jump over the boat until you got the achievement.
You can kill 6 or 7 ennemies each, and you can try to unlock "Something Wicked This Way Comes" achievement at the same time !
