To make this achievement easier go into Dynasty mode and pick a team. During the regular season go to the other teams schedules and play a regular season game from the other teams schedule. LOSE that game. The achievement will pop.

Must be done with 15 min quarters. I got all my in-game achievements inside Dynasty mode.
Simply select your game in the Schedule menu and play game. You can use this game to get most of your in-game achievements to avoid having to slog through another 15 minute quarter game.

I actually found out for all 3 achievements you can play any of the games so as long as you pick a game that is not your school you get the achievement either way. The team I picked Denver State did not qualify for a bowl game. Therefore I picked one of the games, lost it, and still got the achievement. The same worked for the bowl & playoff game.
