To make this achievement easier go into Dynasty mode and pick a team. Simulate to the playoff games it doesn't matter what your team does. Go to the other teams schedules and play a playoff game from the other teams schedule. LOSE that game. The achievement will pop.

Must be done with 15 min quarters. I got all my in-game achievements inside Dynasty mode.
To make it easy pick a stacked team like Tuscaloosa in Dynasty and sim through your games. Every week I sim only my game to see if I won so if you lose a game quit to dashboard and reload the game to try the sim again. Its best to go undefeated, but 2 loss teams have made it to the playoffs in my dynasty.
Finish in the Top 4 and sim the bowl games to get to the playoff games. You MUST play the full game 15 min quarters and win in order to get this achievement. I take a two TD lead and then ball control run offense the rest of the way.

I actually found out for all 3 achievements you can play any of the games so as long as you pick a game that is not your school you get the achievement either way. The team I picked Denver State did not qualify for a bowl game. Therefore I picked one of the other games, lost it, and still go the achievement. The same worked for the playoff game.

I followed everything anthonyd46 said and unlocked this achievement by losing the game so I will downvote this solution until it's updated.
