Must be done with 15 min quarters. I got all my in-game achievements inside Dynasty mode.
As of 9/29/19 the running game is very OP even on normal, but if you want the best way I had my Dynasty on Easy and loaded up a game and ran the ball up the gut for a first down every play. With 15 min quarters you can get this easily in the first quarter.
The delay from the QB getting the ball and handing it off to you will allow you to see where the best hole to run is.
Obviously you'll get Rushing Attack 50 in the process as well along with Play A Game if its your first time.
