Must be done with 15 min quarters. I got all my in-game achievements inside Dynasty mode.
I found getting sacks easiest by blitzing a Linebacker off the edge while the QB was in shotgun formation. The CPU always seems to do a slow dramatic leg kick and clap and then snaps the ball. I was able to time it up so that I'm pulling down on the control stick right as the ball is snapped and I'm sacking the QB within a second. Earlier in the game the better as the CPU will still run the animation late in the game if ahead but not snap it immediately.
