UZUMAKI DESKA
The Spiral is near mission 4, the mission is called UZUMAKI DESKA and is the spiral mission. This is actually really easy, when you first start stand on top of the Spiral and put a tree down to make the strawberries grow faster. Once you start getting enough you can build rocket turrets and fully upgrade them (if you have it).
Any time a meteor storm happens just jump down and run up the spiral slowly so the meteors don't hit the turrets. When the turrets you have kill all the enemies you are ok to jump down and collect them with a bot spawner. This is actually where I farmed my Diamonds, eventually you can get up to 100-200 diamonds a single wave.

Ok I got it this time. You need to actually get to a point where no more enemies are left alive. I had a few stuck I just basically ignored. You have to set your wall of tower bases right on the circle to make sure the lava spewing guys don't get stuck on the corner.
