The sign at the start of the game allows you to select levels to replay. I'm assuming you've already played this level and didn't get the achievement naturally or by luck (like me) while trying to play through the story.

Select Level: 3-1 4th mission (the one w/ the wheel shaped shield)
This is the feudal level where you start in the swamp with your horse sinking.
Click on the water to the right to swim through the swamp.
Do not go in the tent click right go straight to the troll on the bridge and select the troll.
When if falls in love with you click again to give a kiss.
Boom goes the dynamite you got yo chievo you sicko!
