The sign at the start of the game allows you to select levels to replay. I'm assuming you've already played this level and didn't get the achievement naturally or by luck (like me) while trying to play through the story.
Select Level: 3-A
The first mission in the primordial goo, you are an ameba (or whatever).
Eat the hotdog/sausage, and this will give you gas that makes you fly across the screen.
That's all you gotta do.
Achievement should pop.
