The scene you need for the achievement can be started from the arcade that's in town, which is reached by heading left from the spawn point, or from Round Select -> Round 1-C. Once you start the round the scene you're gonna be looking for is the 3rd one.
From the starting area, go:
Up
Left

Right
You should be at a dead end with a map in the middle, press A near it.
