Level 5, where you are a DJ at a club
Very beginning of the level, as soon as the scene gives you control in the DJ booth, move to activate the cursor over the crowd at the bottom (down). You will attempt a stage dive, and unlock the achievement.
If you wait too long to click the crowd, the scene will automatically move to a closeup of the control board, and you'll miss the opportunity. You have a couple seconds to click the crowd and get this.
