Chapter 1-C

On the first game you go into, go up then left. Grab the bottle with . Then go back to where you were originally spawned in. Then on the man to the right press , after the animation you'll unlock the achievement.

In Chapter 1-C, Episode 1 (the one with the 4 rooms and the single character standing at the mid right side of the spawn screen), from the starting point go up into the room with the pit and what looks like a tree. Then go left into the next room and pick up the item. Carry it back to the spawn point and use it on the single character standing there. You’ll pee on that character and pop the achievement.
