This is obtained on the Heist level (4-B) for throwing the floppy disc off the cliff to the right then afterwards kicking the guy off the cliff with it. You will still succeed and get the million bucks so don't worry.
If you do miss this you'll have to do the whole heist over again to get here which can be annoying.
As noted by TheWelshHunt (legend!), you must first throw the floppy disc off the cliff then second kick the guy off the cliff. If you kick him off first you won't be able to unlock this achievement and will have to replay the heist again. We don't want that!

To be even more clearer, make sure you do NOT kick the guy first.. Go past the guy to the right, throw it off and then kick the guy off second.
If you Kick the guy off first, Although pixel dick throws the floppy disc off, it wont unlock the achievement and you need to heist over again :)

Hey WelshHunter! It's so cool to get a comment from someone like you that I have used so many videos of! Thank you for all the guides over the years! I can't believe I didn't know you needed to do that in a specific order. The first time I didn't get this cheevo so I did the heist again and decided to throw it off first and it didn't even occur to me that it needed to be done in a specific order as I had no other way to test it. I really apologize for making you do that heist level again: it's the most annoying in the game! I will definitely add it to the solution. Rock on my dude!
