At the last episode 3-3, after the spaceship crashes, you have to drag 1 crate all the way to the right of the level, put it on the lift and then go back to the start of the level instead of entering the tank.

I didn't actually have to go back to the left, I got the achievement as I delivered the crate on the platform.

Yeah, that also happened to me, but I heard different reports on Steam about the moment it unlocks
