As of Nov 9, 2022, it is broken. Level 7 is missing from the game.
Developer/Publisher is aware and they have fixed/updated the game and submitted the new build to Microsoft. When it is fixed, you will only need to beat level 7 to unlock this achievement.
Unfortunately, there is no level select in the game, so you will need to play from level 1 to 7 if you have already went past or even finished all the levels.
