This will be extremely difficult to obtain if you're like me and use the Battlefield control setup. Stick with the default controls for this achievement.
Also, make sure you have "Auto-Zoom Peek & Lean" turned ON (it's on by default). This way, you don't even have to pull LT, just press LB; you'll still ADS and your kills will count towards this achievement.

To do Peek and Lean you need to crouch (potentially behind cover, that's usually helpful) and lean out with the L2 command. This will make you aim and if you don't hold a direction you'll peek your head up. I am unsure if going straight up counts as a "lean", so choose left or right.
Kill enemies from these leans and you'll eventually earn it.
