To do this, you need to first earn each breaching option, and then use it. This guide will focus more on how to earn each breaching option

During the course of the campaign you'll have to breach doors, these are mandatory events, on which the player and team will stack up, breach the door and break through in slow motion.

The player gets to choose how to breach, always choose the newest breach, they are just animations, and don't affect the breach itself. Once you've breached, you want to get headshots.

On the bottom of the screen you'll have a icons available, each head shot will get you a skull on the bottom of the screen, if there's two icons you can only get two head shots (there's 2 enemies) if there's 4 enemies you can get up to four.

When you're breaching, aim to get as many as possible, you CAN miss some and still get this in a normal playthrough but if there's 4 enemies and you get 2 headshots, I'd restart from the checkpoint (usually right before the door) and do better.

Every 4 headshots you get you'll earn a new breaching option (and since you can only get four headshots max per door, you can just use the next breaching option on the next door)

I got this on mission 9 and I didn't get every possible headshot, so it's very doable.

As a follow up this unlocks when Room service should have unlocked

These two trophies are reverse. However after unlocking this something happened and my save data was wiped (ouch), but I was able to continue and finish the game. I lost all my breach options.

However after finishing the game you can go back and play the second mission and have all the breaching options unlocked (and a perfect opportunity to run around and use each one of them) I'm not sure if this trophy unlocks on that screen, but it will earn you room service at the very least.
