How to unlock the On the Clock achievement in Medal of Honor Warfighter - Definitive Guide

These solutions are good but I'm going to throw my 2 cents worth in. Use the AK that you start out with and switch it to scope mode. This makes it much easier to headshot enemies, and you don't have to worry about stopping. I do recommend switching to the pistol before you breach. if you get all headshots you have to complete the course in under 50 seconds.
