Medal of Honor Warfighter

While playing Mission 9 you will reach a "target house" or something similar while investigating the caves, with enemies and targets in it. I'll recommend you ignore this trophy and clear the room at first. Once your team moves forward, go back and look around the room, you'll see a lot of targets, (I've heard it's 16, but it felt more like 25 to me) each time you see one, shoot it. There's at least 2 just beyond the room on the left, but all targets are on the ground and there's none really hidden.

These do NOT look like the target from Mission two, they are all black silhouettes.

Once you think you've shot them off, keep looking it took 5-10 seconds after my last shot for the trophy to pop.
