How to unlock the Multiplayer: Raid Specialist achievement in Medal of Honor - Definitive Guide
This multiplayer game mode has two ideologies of play - you either play as Tier 1 soldiers defending 2 objectives, or you play as Taliban attempting to destroy those two objectives. Games last only five minutes, or shorter if the Taliban team destroys the objectives quickly.
Earning this achievement will require at least 24 full five minute games to earn or a combination of full or early ended games. This game mode is quite addictive and is very similar to 'Call of Duty's' Demolition game mode.
As a Taliban, rushing to attack the objective is a sure way to get killed easy. Teamwork is absolutely necessary for success as the Taliban.
As Tier 1 soldiers, camping is the name of the game. Defend your objectives with unjust ferocity, and you will succeed.

It takes two hours of playing to get this
The maximum a round can last is 5 minutes, so in theory 24x5 mins = the 2 hours, but some times the match doesnt last the whole 5 minutes, so unless you keep count roughly how long each round has lasted....
Just keep playin until it unlocks

That's correct math sadly most games that I've seen are in the 3 minute area and you spend so much time waiting in menus between games than playing games or racking up game time. Also it's a horribly un-fun game type, meant to have a lot of action but is frantic and incoherent.

What's worse about this achievement is no one plays thus anymore. I finally got my achievement for playing one game of this... Other ones still have a couple hundred people in then though.

Objective Raid is nearly identical to Rush mode from Battlefield games, except there is only one set of M-COM stations and the attackers only have 5 minutes to blow up both of them as opposed to having a spawn limit.
For the most part, you will spend your time in the menus between games because the people you're playing against are always try-hards who will steamroll your ass and finish the round in about a minute and a half. These are the people who elected to play Medal of Honor until the end of time rather than pop over to Battlefield 3 for whatever reason, so they've been playing forever and know every inch of the maps.
To maximize play time, take a nap when attacking and go all out when defending. Make certain to use the game's most overpowered setups to even have a fighting chance when you're on the offensive. For the special ops class this appears to be the AKS-74U with open tip rounds, but I've not played the other classes so I can't say from experience what works the best. Judging from the kill feed, the M24/SV98 for Sniper and M4A1 for Rifleman are doing the heavy lifting, but take that with a grain of salt.

do u know if these 2 hr game plays start after i gain the tour of duty trophy (play online for 2 hrs)?

They should count at the same time, but Tour of Duty is 2 total hours across all modes. It's entirely possible to gain Tour of Duty and not any of the game mode achievements for play time if you do something like 30 minutes in each of the four modes.

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE
Straightforward, just play two hours of Objective Raid multiplayer matches. This is a bit similar to Team Assault but only with two objectives to attack/defend.
Choose the game type: Objective Raid and play a total of 2 hours in that game type throughout your career.

Select the game mode "Exit to the goal" and play the game for 2 hours. This is a cumulative achievement, you don’t have to play 2 hours at a time.
