How to unlock the I wasn't even looking achievement in Medieval Dynasty - Definitive Guide
You might get lucky with lower quality items, but I would recommend waiting to attempt this until you have an iron crossbow with iron bolts. I would also max the Steady Hand Hunting skill.
You can build your own archery target and place it anywhere you'd like, but once you reach Alwin's Story VII, outside of Gostovia will be an archery target with a nice flat area to shoot from. This is where I unlocked the achievement
The score formula is: Shot distance (meters) / accuracy % = score. It might be helpful to place a map waypoint on the target so that you know how far away you are. At 100 meters, you'll have to hit dead-center to get 100 points.
It can be tricky to find how high you have to aim - I'd recommend making plenty of bolts. Before you begin, you can press F5 to make a quicksave. If you run out of bolts and don't get the achievement, quickload using F9 and try again.

or just setup a bunch of targets in a row, 3wide and 4deep and spam arrows at 150meters from a hill. much easier . i had a building behind the targets to help keeping my aim in the right place.
i just used a crappy bow for spamming stone arrows. no skills in aiming, just spam it when you have the range.

It seemed to me the most difficult trophy, but you just have to get the hang of it and stock up on arrows.
You can make an archery target, or wait until Alvin puts it up (in my opinion, part 5 or 6 of his quest).
We put a mark on the map where the target is so that we know how far it is from you.
We move away at 70-80 meters (then the target will stop being drawn, at least on my Xbox) and notice approximately where the target is, I was guided by the edge of the roof of the house behind the target, it will not disappear at a distance of 100+ meters.
Now we take a good bow (it is advisable to also have a perk for aiming) and try to hit it from 70-100 meters, when we have found approximately what height adjustment is needed, we move further.
The scoring formula is approximately the following: hit percentage divided by 100 and multiplied by the distance to the target, that is, to score 100 points, you need to hit the bull's eye from 100 meters.
Accordingly, it is advisable to find 65-70% at 140-150 meters.
Good luck!

I placed 3-4 targets in a row, walked away 100 meters (the farther, the more points for 1% accuracy) and shot from the crossbow from the side, slightly adjusting the sight.
I recommend the crossbow because... no stamina is wasted. In the settings you can reduce the inversion along the axes because You can aim the sight more accurately. Have about 100 arrows in stock so that you have to reload your save after misses less often.
