This achievement can be obtained regardless of unlimited health setting.

Simply find an Herbalist. The village of Baranica is close to the starting point and has one. Once there, talk to the Herbalist and buy the following:

- Poison
- Potion of Camouflage
- Potion of Cure
- Potion of Healing
- Potion of Night Vision
- Potion of Satiety
- Potion of Saturation
- Potion of Sobriety
- Potion of Stamina
- Potion of Strength
- Potion of Temperature
- Potion of Weight

Consume all of these at once from your inventory and the achievement will unlock

Not sure if 1.0.1.1 broke this but I cannot seem to get it to work. I wind up with 11 effects active (Sobriety doesn't show up).

I just unlocked this, only difference is that I also added on a potion of Health. Healing potions will gradually heal you, but a potion of Health adds onto your maximum health temporarily. Try that

I figured it out. Potion of Sobriety alone does not count as an effect unless you are currently drunk (which also counts as an effect). I did the list above (minus sobriety, plus alcohol) and it unlocked.

If you are drunk before you drink the 12 potions above you will hit 13 effects but if you are not drunk you will only hit 11 effects.

Just to add, being dirty is considered a status effect if people are struggling to hit 12.

I was at 11 status despite being drunk before taking all 12 potions. So I went back in the herbalist and bought a potion of health which is not on the list. The effect of that last potion , even if it appeared on screen only for a fraction of a sec. was enough to get me to 12 status and give me this achievement,

If you have points in any of the skills that increase your building/mining/cutting trees etc then those count as status effects too. Example: buy the potions, cut down a tree then drink the potions.

Over weight and being dirty counts, you don’t need to drink sobriety, it only takes drunkenness down,
