How to unlock the LumberJACKED achievement in Medieval Dynasty - Definitive Guide
THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE
During the quest Uniegost's Story IV, you will be tasked by Sambor to deliver a parcel to Wolrad. Upon delivery, Wolrad will ask for your help reinforcing the towns defenses - he wants you to bring him 1,000 logs.
If you read the quest dialogue, you can probably get the hint that he's not serious. However, if you speak to Wolrad again without having the 1,000 logs in your inventory, you will be locked into dialogue where he reveals it was a joke, and the quest will be resolved. The only way to go back is to reload your save.
Other than accidentally skipping this section, the work itself is straight-forward. Simply collect 1,000 logs. The easiest way to do this is build a few woodsheds and have your villagers do the work for you. However, you certainly can chop them yourself as well.
Either way, once you have all 1,000 logs, SAVE YOUR GAME, then return to Wolrad and turn in the quest.
The achievement didn't unlock the first time I turned in the quest. Having a save directly before allowed me to reload and instantly try again.
Secondly, the only 'extra' reward for getting all the extra logs is a significantly higher Dynasty Reputation award, If you have the 10x Reputation activated, then you are probably better off reloading the save after you have unlocked the achievement, and keeping your logs for building and expanding your village.

Just a heads up (having just done it), if you miss this in your main game you can start another game to do it with and not lose your original. I did this on the X/S version, but do not know about the Xbox One version. Given the limited amount of custom hard saves available, just make sure you have a solid hard save or two of your main game named something you'll recognize, then start a new game to do this achievement. I'd recommend using one save slot and the quick save for this, but the auto saves will happen also.
I'd also recommend going complete cheaty easy mode with the custom settings to bang this out. Getting to this point in the quest was a lot faster than actually getting the logs together, so just cut to the chase and get a resource storage, a couple of houses and a couple of woodsheds up fast and staff them. I did 4 houses and 4 woodsheds then ran around and recruited couples for each. Then just do the chapters as far as you need to for unighost's story and run through that till you get the 1000 logs objective.
It took me about 3 or 4 hours not knowing what i really needed to do for the logs (and using the easy cheaty custom settings) but could have been in and out around 2 if I hadn't screwed around with things I didn't need to (like hunter lodge when I got to skip dealing with food). Then was right back in my original game, no problem.
Good luck!

How would you get this achievement without enabling unlimited carry weight? This many logs would surely prevent you from moving

You can skip it.
Quest “The History of Unigost IV”
When you talk to the quest character, he will ask you to bring 1000 logs.
After that, do not talk to him again, otherwise this task will be canceled and the achievement will be ruined.
Instead, build a couple of level two lumberjack sheds and storage.
We put 10-20 axes in the storage for a season and in a year you will have 1000 logs (if the workers are not particularly skilled).
To bring the logs to the character, you can turn off the weight limit in the game settings.

During the quest "The History of Unigost" in the Tutki settlement, one of the characters gives you the task of bringing him 1000 logs. There is an option to bring logs and get the achievement, there is an option not to bring logs and move on with the quest. If you continue the quest without bringing the logs, it will be impossible to obtain this trophy.
