To get married, you must first find a lady villager who is willing to join your village. Upon talking to them, you will see a [Romance] option - and there are multiple parameters that play into whether or not you will be successful. Some will say you are too young, others won't be interested.

When you find a woman who will allow you to enter a Romance dialogue, you have the option to either flirt or give her gifts.

Gifts can be bought from merchants or looted out in the wild. They increase affection significantly, and are quite useful.

Flirting is a little more challenging. Every character has a certain personality attribute, where certain lines of questioning will either increase or decrease their affection for you. You can unlock a skill in the diplomacy
skill tree that allows you to see their personality.

Otherwise, give it your best shot and have a conversation. You can ask multiple questions, and if she likes the conversation, her affection for you will be raised by 5 points. You can usually ask multiple questions, but she will eventually ask for time to think about what you have said.

Repeat this process of talking to her and raising her affection. When you are high enough (around 95% affection) you can ask her to marry you and she should accept. The achievement will unlock during a short cutscene.
