How to unlock the Well earned rest achievement in Medieval Dynasty - Definitive Guide

Sleep in your bed (not near campfire) for a year and a season. If you start on the first day of spring in year 1, it will unlock after the last day of spring in year 2.

Can confirm this is the way to unlock achievement. Also, I unlocked this with the infinite carry weight active. Not that it impacts earning it in anyway other than cutting down on travel time.
