Medieval Dynasty (Xbox One)

Once you are married you can immediately ask your wife to have a kid. She will say yes and then she will be marked as pregnant in the management tab. Once a year has passed a cutscene will play and your son will be born. Note* your wife will not work for two whole years after the baby is born.
