Using the customize game settings, put Enemy HP to max, craft yourself a good number of wooden spears (I made 30) and then go find yourself a bear, bison or use your own horse if you own one and just chuck the spears at them until 4 stick. Good idea to save game before doing so if you fail to get 4 to stick.
