Right after you play against the Charge Ball Champ in the Magma Industries level, Go around the building you are near and you'll find the chest containing the VR Disk there.

Use the disassembler and you'll be all set

Once you have beaten the Champ at Charge Ball don’t enter the tube to return to the Reception Lobby. Instead, run around the back of the building in front of you to find a chest containing this VR disk.
