There are 3 courses:
1st - in the Yard at Robinson's House
2nd - industrial district, where you must use the fans to get to higher grounds, and where at the end you get to challenge the champ at chargeball
3rd - old town, in the sewer
Doing these 3, all story related btw, you get the achievement at the end of the 3rd course

All of them are encountered by following the story so you don’t need to go looking for them. You don’t need to beat the times, you only need to complete the courses.
