When you successfully complete a raid on an outpost and escape, you’ll be able to rate that outpost.
A screen will pop up with a choice of four accolades; Ingenious, Fun, Brutal, Artistic.
For each outpost, you can choose two of these accolades. Highlight which whichever two you want and press
on each, and then progress through the next screens.

I actually found that you don't even have to complete the Raid. Just go into the Raid, go into the pause menu, hold down the Start button to "Abandon Raid", select "Yes", and then select the Accolades of your choice.
Your achievement tracker should update after it loads back into the Sanctuary/hub.
Please note that this replaces the Raid you just abandoned with a new one.
