Hey,

Everybody knows the floor is Lava.

Join an outpost, hook to a Wall high enough and dont forget to „rehook“ After a few seconds.
Also the achievement took me to hang there for 2 minutes.
Also the achievement needs a Moment till it pops up

The easiest way to unlock this trophy is to find an outpost that has somewhere to grapple to at a decent height. Keep grappling the same block without touching the ground for at least 60 seconds and once you land on the ground you’ll pop the trophy. Happy Hunting!

Video below demonstrates me grappling somewhere high up for about a minute before touching the ground.

Constantly clinging to the wall with a hook. The trophy drops after 60 seconds in the air and landing.
