Meet Your Maker

In Meet Your Maker, you can use the currency you get from playing to upgrade your gear. For this achievement you need to max out a melee weapon. There are currently two melee weapons in the game. The Fury's Edge, a fast swinging sword/knife, and the Sledgeblade, a heavier hammer like weapon for destroying armor. You automatically start with a tier 1 Fury's Edge, which is what we will be upgrading. That way we don't have to spend any extra to purchase the Sledgeblade, however maxing this out will also unlock the achievement. Upgrading the Fury's Edge decreases swing time from 1 second, to 0.9 seconds, and finally 0.8 seconds. To upgrade your melee weapon of choice, you will need to collect Cells and Parts. Cells are the red currency, and can be acquired by evolving your chimera, and by gaining them on expedition maps by completing outposts. Parts are the blue currency, and can be acquired by destroying traps, killing guards, and by gaining them on expedition maps by completing outposts. Then visit the weapons advisor, Chroma, to purchase the following upgrades:

• Fury's Edge II: Crafted with 900 Cells and 675 Parts

• Fury's Edge III: Crafted with 1200 Cells and 775 Parts

Once you purchase Fury's Edge III (or Sledgeblade III), you will be netted the achievement.
