Mega Coin Squad

Note: if you complete a campaign with a character (meaning you beat all four worlds) than you will not be able to return to that file as it will start a new game. If you are looking to grind this out, I would recommend doing it before you complete level 4-4.

This is a cumulative achievement, meaning you must acquire 50,000 coins total in your game playthrough(s). The more power ups you get, the easier it will be - I would recommend getting the power ups that minimize the amount of dropped coins first, as progress only accounts for when you complete a level by depositing in the bank, not by when you first acquire the coin.

If you are starting off fresh, level 1-3 is a good place to grind it out. Choose Chunk as he has upgraded uppercuts and dashes that will make traversing easier. Otherwise, will just take some time and patience! Good luck!

Grind out coins on Level 1-3, it has easy enemies and not a lot of environmental threats! Feel free to get to Level 4-4 and backtrack to Level 1-3 with all your upgrades.

If you get the "Max Coin Loss" upgrade it can help while grinding as it will limit the loss if you manage to get hit during your run.

I also advise banking your coins after you get hit for the first time to play it safe :P
