How to unlock the Half the Saga achievement in Mega Man X Legacy Collection - Definitive Guide

You get this after completing all 4 games. I have multiple guides across all 4 games but if you are still struggling then hit me up n I'll guide you to victory. This CAN be done in Rookie Hunter mode (thanks GarthShinobi) as well as normal mode.

This will pop before the True Hero or Tragic Destiny achievements for those that were curious.

ok I can confirm you DO get this achievement regardless of beating on RH or normal mode.

I'm going to attempt to see if this works in Rookie Hunter or not. I highly doubt it, because I assume this achievement looks at whether you have the achievements for beating all the games individually on normal mode. I don't know how else it would register if you've simply beaten all the games in any way (unless it auto saves to your profile or something).

but since nobody else has, I'll see what happens when you beat them on RH and report back.

Beat all four games in the collection to earn this trophy. You only need to complete each game once with either X or Zero (X4 only). For this trophy, you may use Rookie Hunter mode to beat each game as well, but note that there are trophies for beating each game without using Rookie Hunter mode.
