If you don't waste any money you should only need 115,000 credits to get this and all other purchasing achievements, And after completing the requirements for all other achievements you'll need somewhere between 40,000 and 20,000.
There are many ways to get credits, but as most of them give you 2000 credits for 6 matches or somewhere along those lines, the fastest way by far to make credits is to start a Versus match against a second controller (or a level 1 AI if you don't have two controllers), mash
on them until you win and keep rematching until you have enough credits.
Counting load times you can do a match in 30-45 seconds and they give 500CP per one round match, so if you need 30,000~ that's 60 matches or 40~ minutes of grinding. And if you did a few of the stories on medium or a few other optional things it'll be even less
