You will earn this achievement upon completing all other achievements in Melty Blood: Type Lumina. I suggest focusing on the following three achievements to complete this game: the first being Story Devotee
The Story Devotee achievement in Melty Blood: Type Lumina worth 227 pointsClear story mode on hard with any character using no continues and with a round count of 3.
as well as Boss Rush completed! and Perfect Clear Rate.

Doing all three will help you unlock almost all other achievements besides the ones you get from playing online/versus mode/tutorials. The remaining achievements are just from purchasing icons/plates/titles which you can buy with the CP you earn from going for these three achievements.
You unlock Boss Rush mode after completing the story for every base character. There are 14 of them from Arcueid to Saber (you can set round to 1 in game settings to save time). While you are playing each characters story try to use their respective Arc Drive moves at least once so you unlock the illustration for it. Doing so will help you unlock the Art Collector achievement faster.
You will also get new character voices from completing each characters story. You have to collect these rewards so make sure you actually go into the "Achievements" and unlock everything that has a present icon next to it. Finishing every characters story rewards you with enough voices to get you the Voice Collector achievement.
Once you unlock Boss Rush just play through the story mode (not free play). The game forces you to use Miyako and you fight stronger than average opponents but you'll be able to continue if you lose any fight so don't worry about having to start all over.
The guide posted by Styles Plural for Perfect Clear Rate has detailed information on how to get S Rank for every mode that is required, so be sure to check that. Expanding further I specifically used Aoko Aozaki. Her special move Browning Starmine (↓↘→ + RB) and rapid beat combo (BBBB) are cheap moves to beat the CPU if you aren't well-versed in fighting games. Just spam her spirit gun from long range or use her rapid beat combo if the enemy gets too close. You need at least 20 wins on every difficulty in Survival mode and clear all matches in under 10 minutes in Time Attack mode (on Hard) to earn S rank in both. I dropped a match in Score Attack on Hard and only got an overall score of A, so you need to get through all matches in that mode. For the Expert Mission challenges: if you find them too hard, you can turn input display on and set the speed to 30% in the settings and just focus on hitting the right buttons. You can also view the demo in slow-mo to help. You will get a Green Moon instead of a Yellow Moon doing it this way, but it will still count as completed and you will still get an overall S rank in Missions.
Here is a clip of me using Aoko’s special to easily defeat her story mode on Hard earning the Story Devotee achievement. If you use her it will make completing this game a breeze.
