There are a multitude of ways to unlock special titles, but the easiest that i've found are the 'clear rating: A' and 'Clear rating B'.
You get both of these for completing all special, beginner, and intermediate missions for one character, and it gives you two titles. You already need to complete all beginner and intermediate missions for five characters, so if just make sure to complete all special challenges for three of those and you'll complete the hard part of this achievement.
To actually get them you need to click [single play], scroll down to whichever character, scroll down to the 'mission' section, and click on the presents
