On Chapter 9 (Zenithen) there are 10 stages and each stage is just goblins. The first couple stages are a small amount but around stage 4-5 you start to get about 10ish goblins per stage. Keep completing this chapter till the achievement pops! Good luck!

I got this just playing through the game, there's no reason to grind it out early on.
You'll be doing plenty of grinding for other achievements later on anyways...
