This achievement is won using the Vampire character. There are two ways to unlock the Vampire:
-Complete Floor 5 of Into the Darkness
-Randomly unlock the Vampire in Roguelite by drawing the "Unlock 1 Character" card. This should be found in the leader blocks (character with a crown) and the ? blocks.
Once you have the Vampire, he does damage to enemies in front of him and recovers HP. I placed him in the front and center block for the first few rounds of a Roguelite run and it unlocked fairly quickly.

Where is the into the darkness level? Is there a certain requirement to unlock it? Thanks

Into the Darkness is a Roguelike mode, and it should be unlocked from the start. But it is far harder than Roguelite, because at least as of now only 1 person has beaten stage 5.
