This achievement is won using the Bishop character. There are two ways to unlock the Bishop:
-Pay 10 million gems in Roguelike
-Randomly unlock the Bishop in Roguelite by drawing the "Unlock 1 Character" card. This should be found in the leader blocks (character with a crown) and the ? blocks.
I would recommend Roguelite, because the Bishop blesses faster as they level up. Leveling your party's cooldown will also help. Some Roguelite stages don't have enough waves to reach the required 100 blessings, so it may take a few tries to get the right team build and the right wave structure. The good news is every failed attempt will get more crystals to level up your team.
