In order to unlock this achievement you need to get the Boot Camp to Level 05.
This is a fairly daunting task considering the Level 04 upgrade costs 360,000 Coins and the final Level 05 upgrade costs a massive 2,160,000 Coins (A little more than the 2.1m stated in the shop).
The best way to farm Coins is by playing Defence missions. These missions will typically reward 200k - 400k per run depending on how far you can get and the difficulty of the defence mission.
However, given the grind required to get the 500 Ork kills: Another option is to replay Chapter 14. This mission will only reward 70k - 100k Coins per run, but it is by far the easiest and most efficient method I have found for farming Ork kills. Something that will take far longer to grind out than the Coins required for the final Boot Camp upgrade.
