I can confirm this can be achieved in co-op v bots and not just the pvp game mode, this is much easier against bots as once both teams are drawing you can just hog the ball and do laps around the arena following the outer lines and let the 5 minute clock run down to zero and the bots wont tackle you as they will stay behind you and wont cut across the arena to get to you. You will then enter extra time and now its golden ball time, you need to get the ball quick or if your team mates are bots ask them to pass it to you and again do laps around the arena, this time for 60 seconds until the clock runs down to zero. The game will then end in a draw unlocking the achievement. I found this to be the best and easiest method.
