As of 26/09/2024 the xbox servers are completely empty, so as long as you have crossplay turned off you can grind all these achievements easily against bots.
These can be tricky to get used to doing but after a while you'll get the hang of it.
A power shot is any shot taken after spinning the ball (LB) around yourself while in the air, once the ball has that extra glow to it that's how you know it's now a power shot.
This method will also net you the 100 3 points shots
Make sure the ball is behind you (use LB while on the ground) when you go for these, if you have it in front of you, you will swing the ball backwards instead of forwards.
Try and position yourself in the centre circle of the court facing the net you want to score in, and jump. As you press jump, start spinning the ball, and as the ball makes a loop around you and reaches about the top of your backpack press RB.
Most of the time this would score a goal for me but it depends on the map and the positioning. Meta city is bigger than central park, so you would need to stand closer to the net on meta city, and further away on central park.
I suggest practising these in Freeplay first so you can get used to these shots and try implementing them into a match.
Usually i'd take the ball into my half and drag the bots as far back as i could to give me room to make the shot.
Do it 100 times in pvp or co-op vs bots and you'll be done.
Keep in mind the achievement tracker won't update until after the match.

Go to Free Play first to master the timing first, then try it out in quickplay. It's alot easier in co-op vs AI, and you'll eventually get those 100 powershots. You'll also pop the Sharpshooter Trophy (100 three pointers) using this method.
