Also worth noting own goals progress the tracker for this. I missed the tip off tried to save a shot but ended up putting it in my own basket.

Felt so bad for my teammates whilst I did these. I would just grab the ball and do circles in the centre so the bots couldn’t tackle me and your teammates can’t take the ball off you so they either had to leave the game or sit there for the whole match and do nothing whilst I ran down the clock.

As of 26/09/2024 the xbox servers are completely empty, so as long as you have crossplay turned off you can grind all these achievements easily against bots.
To make the golden ball spawn you have to be tied with the enemy team when the clock runs out. But since the bots are predictable, you can just hold on to the ball and stay away from the enemy team until the time runs out, making sure to let go of the ball with RB when the timer hits zero since play will continue until you do.
You'll be teleported back to the middle and will be fighting for possession of the ball, bearing in mind you have 60 seconds to score. My go to scoring method was a layup after making sure the bots chasing me were behind me, every now and then the bot under the hoop would save it but not too often.
And then just do this in 10 different matches. (expect all 10 to take about an hour)
