To be able to score with a Golden Ball, you need to go into Overtime and not let either team score a point so that the Golden Ball spawns. Once there, simply score the tie-breaker with the Golden Ball in 10 different matches.
Despite "PvP" appearing in the description, Co-op VS AI matches also count for this achievement, making it much more managable compared to going for it in proper PvP matches.
Note: This achievement and the pre-requisite as of March 2024 may be unobtainable on Xbox One, as the game crashes when ending the match with a Golden Ball.

Felt so bad for my teammates whilst I did these. I would just grab the ball and do circles in the centre so the bots couldn’t tackle me and your teammates can’t take the ball off you so they either had to leave the game or sit there for the whole match and do nothing whilst I ran down the clock.

Also worth noting own goals progress the tracker for this. I missed the tip off tried to save a shot but ended up putting it in my own basket.
