How to unlock the Data Mining achievement in METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE - Definitive Guide

The data storage devices are those little cards you can see in the achievement icon. 20 in total, scattered through 7 levels.
2 found in level 00, 4 in level 01, 3 in lvl02, 4 in lvl03, same in lvl04, just 1 in lvl05 and 2 in lvl07. This is the best video I could find. Merit goes to Somewhat Awesome Games... great job Rob (as always)!!! Hope this can give you some more views! ;-)

Below is the video I used to find all these storage devices. Credit goes to Somewhat Awesome Games, and seriously it is top notch.

There are rewards for finding storage devices:

HF Machete = 10 storage devices
Stun Blade = 20 storage devices

Each data storage unit is broken up by chapter in order of appearance, and labeled accordingly. For example, if you have every one but #6, then this video will tell you where #6 is specifically wink.

This trophy requires you to find the 20 Data Storage Devices that are scattered throughout the game. If you miss a Data Storage Device you can go back using Chapter Select and pick it up, since the game auto-saves every time you find one you'll be able to quit out of the mission once you have one you missed. However you will need to beat your current mission once you've found the final Data Storage Device to earn the trophy. There is no way to track these collectibles, however your progress is saved once you find one. So if you miss one and can identify which one you missed then this trophy isn't too difficult.
